I assess the current culture of an organization can help identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.

This can be done through:

  • Focus groups with employees

This can provide insights into how employees experience the culture, as well as their perceptions of inclusivity and cultural diversity.

Step Two: Developing a Neuroculture Strategy

Based on the results of the assessment, I work with the organization to develop a neuroculture strategy that outlines specific goals, actions, and metrics for improving the culture.

This can include:

  • Implementing policies, procedures, and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Creating opportunities for employee engagement, cultural awareness, and professional development.


Providing Education and Training

I offer education and training on neuroculture, cultural competence, and inclusivity to employees can help them understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity, and develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to work effectively across cultures.

Inclusive Leadership
I work with leaders to help them understand the importance of creating inclusive environments and the role that they play in shaping the culture of the organization, which can help them lead inclusively and appreciate the diversity of the workforce, leading to better employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Ensuring Accessibility
I assist organizations in implementing accessibility options throughout the organization, and providing accessibility education, can help ensure that the organization’s products, services, and communication are inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.
Measuring and Evaluating Progress
I provide on-going measurement and evaluation of the organization’s culture and progress towards its neuroculture goals and can help track progress and adjust the strategy as needed.
