Organizational Leadership

I help organizations improve their performance by creating a neuroculture that promotes social safety, belonging, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Step One: Assessing Culture

Step One: Assessing Culture

I assess the current culture of an organization can help identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.

This can be done through:

  • Surveys
  • Interviews
  • Focus groups with employees

This can provide insights into how employees experience the culture, as well as their perceptions of inclusivity and cultural diversity.

Step Two: Developing a Neuroculture Strategy

Based on the results of the assessment, I work with the organization to develop a neuroculture strategy that outlines specific goals, actions, and metrics for improving the culture.

This can include:

  • Implementing policies, procedures, and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Creating opportunities for employee engagement, cultural awareness, and professional development.
