The hotel accommodation will provide a comfortable and convenient base for the conference attendees, and the inclusion of all meals and drinks means that attendees can fully immerse themselves in the conference experience without having to worry about additional expenses. The conference registration and material will provide attendees with all the information and resources they need to make the most of the conference. Overall, the package is designed to make the conference experience as enjoyable and productive as possible. Airfare is not included. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waitlist will be added should availability be limited.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Additionally, travelers may also need a visa, depending on their citizenship and the length of their stay in the country. Check the specific requirements for your trip with the Mexican embassy or consulate before traveling.

Can I bring my children & partner?

This event is not for children or partners and family members. It is specifically for you! Kindly focus on yourself, and tell the other people this one is for me:) 

Can I stay at another location in
Cabo San Lucas?

This conference is an all-inclusive package and attendees are required to stay at the designated hotel Fiesta Americana Cabo San Lucas. It is important to note that this policy is in place for security reasons or to ensure that all attendees have a similar experience during the conference.

What can I do after the conference?

SJD can take you to La Paz for the day.
Enjoy beautiful white sand beaches and see various parts of Mexico on the drive over.
It’s a great day for fun and sightseeing.

What is the conference rate if I want to extend my stay?

The conference rate is $700.00 per day based on double occupancy. This includes the hotel and the all-inclusive fee.

Example: One person wants to stay on Monday or 2 people want to stay on Monday, both the one person and the two people would pay $700.00 ($350 per person based on double occupancy) for that day.

These options are given on a first-come first serve basis. There is no guarantee of availability at the time of registration.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, July 26, 2024 will receive a refund of total monies paid, less a $75 dollar cancellation fee. After July 26, 2024, no refunds will be given on any cancelled registrations.
