This Conference Is Intimate

This intimate conference will be attended by no more than 30 people. Conference sessions include workshops and discussions.

Day 1 starts off with check-in at 3 pm in the beautiful lobby of the Fiesta Americana Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The hotel accommodation will provide a comfortable and convenient base for the conference attendees, and the inclusion of all meals and drinks means that attendees can fully immerse themselves in the conference experience without having to worry about additional expenses. The conference registration and material will provide attendees with all the information and resources they need to make the most of the conference. Overall, the package is designed to make the conference experience as enjoyable and productive as possible. Airfare is not included. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waitlist will be added should availability be limited.

FAQs

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Additionally, travelers may also need a visa, depending on their citizenship and the length of their stay in the country. Check the specific requirements for your trip with the Mexican embassy or consulate before traveling.

Can I bring my children & partner?

If you would like to bring your children or partner, additional fees will apply. Children under the age of 5 can stay at no additional charge, while children between the ages of 5-12 will be charged $500 per day for the duration of the conference. An additional $1000 will be charged per adult for the length of the conference. Children 13 or above are considered adults. No more than 2 adults and 2 children or 2 adults above the age of 18 in one room.

Can I stay at another location in
Cabo San Lucas?

This conference is an all-inclusive package and attendees are required to stay at the designated hotel Fiesta Americana Cabo San Lucas. It is important to note that this policy is in place for security reasons or to ensure that all attendees have a similar experience during the conference.

What can I do after the conference?

SJD can take you to La Paz for the day.
Enjoy beautiful white sand beaches and see various parts of Mexico on the drive over.
It’s a great day for fun and sightseeing.

What is the conference rate if I want to extend my stay?

The conference rate is $500.00 per day based on double occupancy. This includes the hotel and the all-inclusive fee.

Example: One person wants to stay on Monday or 2 people want to stay on Monday, both the one person and the two people would pay $500.00 ($250 per person based on double occupancy) for that day.

These options are given on a first-come first serve basis. There is no guarantee of availability at the time of registration.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, July 26, 2023 will receive a refund of total monies paid,less a $75 dollar cancellation fee. After July 26, 2023, no refunds will be given on any cancelled registrations.
