This Conference Is Intimate

This intimate conference will be attended by no more than 30 to 40 people. Conference sessions include workshops and discussions.

Registration workshop proposals are free. Airfare is are not included, however, speakers are eligible for the hotel conference rate.

Eat breakfast by the Pacific Ocean

Relax by the pool

The pool is a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues or make new friends, as many people gather around the pool. Lounge on a poolside chair with a good book or magazine. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some much-needed relaxation.

Visit the Punalu’u Black Sand Beach

Punalu’u Black Sand Beach is not in Kona; it’s on the southeastern side of the Big Island. The drive from Kona to Punalu’u takes a couple of hours, but it’s worth it to experience the unique beauty of this beach.

  Do I need a passport?

No, a valid passport is not required to travel to Hawaii. 

Can I bring my children, friend, & partner?

Please be advised that the availability of rooms with double occupancy is limited. These rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that you make your reservations at your earliest convenience to secure the desired room type for your stay.

Additionally, please note that certain rooms feature a king-sized bed accompanied by a sofa, but they do not include a pull-out sofa bed. If you require specific bedding arrangements or have preferences regarding sleeping accommodations, we encourage you to communicate this information during the reservation process.

Can I stay at another location in
in Hawaii?

the current conference package does not permit attendees to make accommodations outside of the designated hotel. All participants are required to stay within the conference-approved lodging to ensure the smooth execution of our event and provide a cohesive experience for all attendees.

This policy has been implemented to facilitate networking opportunities, streamline transportation logistics, and maintain a unified conference environment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter.

What can I do after the conference? 

Great news! If you wish to extend your stay and enjoy the resort for an additional three days, we welcome and encourage you to do so. This extension allows you to immerse yourself further in the resort’s amenities, explore the surrounding attractions, and make the most of your time in this beautiful location.

What is the conference rate if I want to extend my stay?

Great news! If you wish to extend your stay and enjoy the resort for an additional three days, we welcome and encourage you to do so. This extension allows you to immerse yourself further in the resort’s amenities, explore the surrounding attractions, and make the most of your time in this beautiful location. It is 999 to add an additional two (Thursday and Friday) nights.

  What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, May 26, 2024 will receive a refund of total monies paid, less a $75 dollar cancellation fee. After May 26, 2024, no refunds will be given on any cancelled registrations.
